Ok, vent session here.
Out of no where I found myself at my desk in tears - over something I normally would laugh about or at least handle with irked nerves.
But reality setting in of my “new“ reality - new things and scenes surrounding me with the overwhelming feeling of doing “it” alone crept up on a busy weekday workday.
